Hala Mohanna*, Managing Partner AUREN Talent Acquisition , part of the ELAM Insurance Group specializing in identifying executive talent in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Hala was part of Edward W Kelley and Partners (EWKP) for 17 years, an international boutique HR consultancy firm in executive search. EWKP's unique mix – the Chairman being a former Korn Ferry CEO for US and UK regions and UAE and KSA and having bought the AT Kearny search platform and database.
Hala joining as a Managing Consultant worked closely with global companies as a partner, with owners, boards and executive committees to identify the best talent to match the strategy and company vision to reach their goal as a business leader.
Prior to talent acquisition Hala has worked in different geographies – USA, KSA, UAE, Egypt - in diversified industries like FMCG, Engineering, Advertising, Real Estate Funding, etc - in organizations like Unilever, Dar, United Nations, etc. The privilege of 30+ total years of experience allows the ability to identify ‘stand-out talent’ swiftly and understand the culture and expectations of companies which is the perfect solution to success.

Sami El Khoury, with over 40 years of distinguished experience, is a seasoned leader in the insurance and reinsurance industry across the MENA region and Europe.
He began his career in direct insurance with UAP (Union des Assurances de Paris), gaining invaluable expertise in Saudi Arabia and the UAE before taking on key roles in Lebanon. These formative years provided him with a solid foundation in underwriting and client servicing across diverse markets.
In the following decades, Mr. El Khoury transitioned into reinsurance brokerage in Paris, where he held senior positions at Euromepa and later at Nasco France. Over more than 20 years, he built a strong reputation for delivering innovative reinsurance solutions, advising leading clients throughout the MENA region, and cultivating long-term partnerships. His expertise covers treaty and facultative placements, portfolio management, and complex risk advisory.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Mr. El Khoury combines academic excellence with decades of practical expertise, positioning him as a respected authority in the global reinsurance landscape.
